I am 34D and I bought a large one. The medium may have worked, but I like the full coverage of the circus tent. It ties at the back, which I love because I can make it as tight as I need to and I'm not limited to just crocheting. I also like that the neck strap is removable. I had two levels of spine replaced in my neck and this strap can be very uncomfortable. I pointed to my scar in case anyone cares. But for neck issues, it's nice to be able to use the strap when I need extra support and take it off when I get tired. I will buy it in other colors.
