Not for epoxy grout but I would use it for sticky materials.
Works well with a solid connector on the back. I found the epoxy grout too heavy to get out. After half an hour I cut the hose and pulled out half of the remaining grout. This would be much more useful for creamier materials like regular grout. So I keep the other 4 tubes. for future projects.
