Review on ASUS Designo MX27UC Type C Monitor - Adaptive 50Hz, Flicker-Free, Blue Light, Frameless, HD, 4K Display by Greg Dickerson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent monitor in my review

Not a computer expert. The stand is fine but would have liked to see height adjustment. The setup differs from the replaced Asus Pro Art HDMI. Finally set up. Power and connection to computer is different from Pro Art. In Control Panel/Device Manager/Monitor it shows as General. The correct driver is Generic PnP Monitor. I checked with ASUS. I tested the monitor with different settings, but the default mode works best. I used the default mode from the monitor settings and then adjusted the final brightness and color settings with the graphics card. Indeed run the monitor code, then the graphics card to final settings. A scaling of 150 percent is recommended in the settings/display of the W10. A 150 percent scaling is required because selecting a 175 percent scaling for larger settings causes problems with W10 glitches. The original post was for the ASUS Designo MX27AQ 27." WQHD 2560 x 1440 IPS DP HDMI Eye Care Frameless Monitor. Sent in error and not immediately recognized. This is an LED and the MX27UC is an LCD. Revain requested a refund, not a price adjustment What I told them suggested If I see both I would prefer the MX27AQ version I haven't made a sound yet as my sound is very satisfactory Klipsch IXH Then
