Easy to use. The ability to add modules and features that we need. The support team is always available and willing to help. It's not a plug and play solution. It takes time to get used to the interface and the way it works. Make sure you have the time to learn it. It's worth it. We have been able to streamline our training and certification programs. It has made our training more efficient. We also have been able to get rid of the paper based training. We are able to track progress and evaluate training.
