I started a small joycon repair shop in my area. I have bought many replacement joysticks, often for as little as $12.99 for a 4 pack. I tried them because I couldn't find a joystick that works stably. I had to send back 1 or 2 out of 4 packages. So far I've been pleasantly surprised with the first 4 pack I've used. I was worried at first because it was a few bucks more, but it was worth it. The sticks are perfectly calibrated and feel the firmness that other game controllers have out of the box. In my opinion they feel better than new sticks out of the box. If the second pack I bought is the same consistency as this one I won't be buying another.
