My chiropractor advised me to use a brace to help relieve some pain in my neck and upper back. This is the latest of many I've tried over the past few months. The rest fell into one or more of the following categories: fragile, cheaply made, hottest in the world, too difficult to put on, too difficult to adjust, or too difficult to take off. I had none of those problems with these braces. I see many differences between this brand and others. Unlike all the others, this one is made only from high-quality, breathable neoprene. I can wear it without worrying about excessive sweating. The part of the bandage that is on the back covers more area and provides better support than any other. You can clearly see how much more spin there is in the picture. The straps are also significantly wider and provide more stability. There are only 2 plastic buckles located on the top of the shoulder, they are made of high quality plastic. The buckles don't dig into you when you tighten the brace as there are grooves under the buckles that prevent them from touching the skin. I can wear it comfortably under my shirt without having to constantly adjust it. I really, really like that it's all one piece and doesn't have long flimsy velcro straps that twist and scratch my skin. I've been using it for 2 weeks and I'm amazed at how well it works. I definitely feel the difference in my comfort and pain level.
