I was very skeptical about this product having had very bad experiences with a similar product from another manufacturer in the past. However, I was looking for a tool to make my tortillas round and even. The product arrived in neat packaging. The product was also in excellent condition. The only problem I had was that the flour stuck to the iron when pressed; The only solution to this problem is to put some oil on the cast iron plate before pressing. This way the flour doesn't stick to the plate. Great product, I am absolutely satisfied.
