Excellent toy - keyword TOYS. Some of the negative reviews seem to expect professional level projection, but keep in mind that this is a children's art toy and have reasonable expectations. And maybe some work better than others, but ours work very well. You draw your image on the screen with markers enabled and project it onto a wall or ceiling. When you turn off the light, the image is very bright. These are NOT dry erase markers. You must use a damp rag (or baby wipe) to wipe the marker, then wipe the screen with a dry rag or paper towel before painting again. Our markers aren't empty yet, but when they do I'll buy some vis-a-vis to replace (these are markers teachers used to write on an overhead projector - they wipe with water just like these, so I think they also go with this toy). My 5 year old son loved it so much we have already bought it as a birthday present for some of his friends.
