got these knives for my wife who has been wanting a set of ceramic knives for our kitchen. these knives are very sharp and she loved them. however after about a week I was cutting a piece of cheddar cheese with the small knife and the blade snapped right off. we used them about a week and the small knife is already broken. these were cheap and i bought them so she could try out the ceramic knife to see if she liked them. she did but since it lasted only a week under light use i would say these knives are not durable enough for everyday use.UPDATE 05/31/17:The seller contacted me directly and offered to send another set of knives. I will try this new set out and update my review. I am impressed with the customer service. I was just going to chalk the one knife up as a loss since I still had two and they were inexpensive.UPDATE 06/04/17;We have been using the new set for a few days. I read the instructions for use on the package and it does recommend not using or hard/dense things. Also the instructions warn against twisting the knife while cutting. I believe this may be the reason he first knife broke. I was cutting a chunk of cheddar cheese from a big block and may have inadvertently twisted the blade. I am upgrading my initial 2 star rating due to excellent customer service and the realization that I may have caused the first knife to break.
