Almost decent chair

UPDATE: As noted below, I give this chair back (today), but since I have yet to buy a chair I figured I'd spend an hour or so in it so I know what to look for (not look for); I couldn't last 20 minutes on this! This chair is so ridiculously uncomfortable that you could probably find oil paintings of it in a medieval dungeon. No back support, I found myself rocking forward. The lumbar support (mentioned below) is an absolute joke! At first I thought the chair just had a few design flaws, but all of that should be abandoned. Seriously, how can you be in the chair making business and make the chair look so bad? How are you doing in general in business? Isn't the chair worth $300 because so many people are returning those stacks that you have to constantly overprice them to stay in business? If you want to try this chair, don't break the box and make sure you keep a bottle of Advil on your desk. Unlike many office chairs, this cushion is quite comfortable. Unfortunately, there are some design issues. As another reviewer mentioned, the height adjustment doesn't go down far enough, as does the lumbar system. This complicates the "ergonomic" design, since the height of the lumbar support depends on the height to which it is adjusted. Adjusting the height of the armrests takes more effort than it should, and the action feels cheap and stiff. The biggest problem with this chair is the HON itself. Thanks for the numerous photos and music video, but what about the dimensions?! I had to go to HON's website (which is poorly designed and difficult to navigate) to find the dimensions of the chair and they didn't even bother to list the dimensions of the chair's backrest. They give dimensions for everything EXCEPT the back; They simply list the chairs as "medium back" or "high back". Let me think for a moment, they are primarily known as an office chair manufacturer, they have a variety of models, designs etc and I could not find any information on the actual back height of this chair. The backrest of this chair is not high enough. This resulted in a huge waste of time as I would never have ordered this model. Due to the lack of this information I don't want to order any more HON chairs as I don't know what I'm getting. They don't even show a photo of the model sitting on a chair with height and weight. Seriously, how hard is it to take simple measurements? This $300 chair is a big disappointment.

Pros
