I made the decision to switch from an i7 7700k to an i9 because, well, well, it should be more powerful, so I thought, all the same, 8 cores, that's all there is to it. To say that I was underwhelmed by this stone would be an understatement. Permit me to just remark that nothing has changed, and all that has happened is that money has been wasted. What was it that I really desired in the end? The answer is that I would welcome any sort of improvement in performance, but there isn't any. Gentlemen, this was a waste of time, don't make my mistakes, 32k stone and 9k motherboard; of course, I understand that Intel has a lot of employees and that they need to be paid a wage; however, please don't do the same mistakes I did. Yes, I almost forgot, everything is fine with the rest of my iron. This is the case, according to the "experts," who will undoubtedly contribute their two kopecks to the discussion following my evaluation.
