installed it on my 2005 GSXR 600 and I have to say that I really like it. The only issue I had was finding the correct connector which I would say is closer to the rear behind the battery and also behind the locking tabs and once you find that connector just plug it in . Also, watch out for the extra sticky faceplate they give you. It doesn't seem to stick well and keeps falling off so I used a little rubber glue to install it and it's been holding up really well ever since. I would advise to make sure beforehand and disconnect the battery as I didn't do it the first time and the bike didn't start when I entered the FI code. I unplugged the battery and plugged it back in and everything is fine. I hope this helps someone else who may be facing the same problem as me. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
