This handy processing tool was recommended to me by a group of farmers I followed on YouTube and it didn't disappoint! I froze all my tomatoes because I didn't have time to process them while everything else in my garden was ripening, and sometimes you can only get one or two ready at a time. That way I could take them out in February, thaw them in buckets, drain the water, put them through a tomato press, cook them down and get the best sauce! I recommend going through it a few times to get as much sauce as possible. The only problem I had is that sometimes a piece gets stuck and difficult to remove, but if you don't it will slow down the process. I also had some juice trying to get out of the pin if I was going fast or over filling. I hear some people put a washer from the end of a garden hose in there to seal it. Maybe I'll try that out in the future. Lastly, make sure you vacuum up a clean, dry surface or it will come off. Apart from these few little things, I will never miss them again!
