This unit has arrived and I have set it up to specification. When I turned it on it made a noise like wind noise as I thought it was the internal fan running. So the instructions are telling you to connect an HDMI cable to the end of the ARC and then from the end of the ARC to the device which is well labeled on the back of the device. so i did. When I turned on the device, a horrible sound came out of the device, similar to the sound of a TV with no channel. I checked the instructions again, everything is correct. I chose the HDMI cable and everything was right. So I installed an optical cable and got quite a nice sound. but after a day in the hand even the optics started to crack, so I sent the device back. "They should check their devices before sending them our devices, not Revain but manufacturers. Revain was amazing, got my money back while the device was on its way back to Revain. I like this store.
