Review on πŸ’œ Renewed Samsung Galaxy Note 8, 64GB in Orchid Gray for AT&T Customers by Gabriela Zakrzewska ᠌

Unattractive product, unprofitable purchase.

My Notebook line currently consists of three phones, and this one is the third. and that brings us to the end! After being used for a period of six months, the phone began randomly cutting off the conversation. Redialing the subscriber is not possible until the phone is restarted, and after ten minutes, the laptop will still allow you to talk to the subscriber. This behavior began after the phone had been used for a period of six months. Because of this, you will need to restart the gadget between twice and thrice every day. For a number of months, the Samsung support service "poked a finger into the sky," which consisted of the following actions: the SIM card was frequently replaced, the phone was reset to factory settings, third-party software was removed, and they were brought to the service center twice (of course, nothing was found). But even more frustrating than that is the fact that despite having spent sixty thousand dollars (plus an additional twenty thousand for replacing the screen in a manner that was not covered by the warranty), I am unable to use applications that are convenient for me, standard Internet, or high-quality communications. And the Samsung company was unable to determine the cause of the peculiar behavior of the smartphone, so they proposed switching the operator, utilizing just 2G or 3G connectivity, and simultaneously removing all programs that were considered to be "non-native." As an additional piece of "proof," it was advised that every telephone conversation with the Galaxy Note 8 be filmed. It is laughable to think that someone working in an office could videotape several dozens of talks taking place on a speakerphone at the same time. Have thrown away both money and time attempting to get it to "operate."

Pros
  • Screen real estate and quality, functionality, and
Cons
  • The device cannot fulfill its primary function and hence cannot be used. Helpless support.
