This meat thermometer works great, we used it on ribeye steaks last night and they came out absolutely perfect. It has many useful features as well as a helpful temporary guide; I used to have to search the internet to find the right temperature for cooking food. It also came with an extra battery, which I really appreciate. I hate looking for the right battery for such small devices. It's small enough to fit comfortably in my desk drawer and in my hand, and it's not difficult to open, which is a plus since I have early arthritis. I used it for a pot roast tonight and my family said it was the best pot roast I've ever made. I was able to pull it out at the right time instead of guessing like I've always done before.
