The most useful thing about this system was it's ability to send tickets directly from my mobile phone allowing me access anywhere at anytime! I can't think what other benefits there are as i haven't used all features but they do have some cool ones like live chat which allows customers direct communication with agents via text message or video call if required when dealing remotely etc.. This product could be better implemented into an online platform so we don’t need to download any apps onto our phones just logon using your email address then you will get sent straight back home where ever you may want to work!! It would also benefit us more having everything integrated together rather than two separate systems working separately.
