Expensive junk for simple cases
I had a Defender for my S9 for over 3 years and was thrilled. After buying the new S21 Ultra, I immediately bought another Defender. I knew immediately that there would be problems. The case didn't hold the phone in place at all, it was very loose. I wanted to send it back but I didn't send it back fast enough. Just a few days later, my phone fell out and the screen broke. I have never broken a screen in my life until now. I started the claim process to replace my phone, $100 deductible. And I'm bringing back this worthless otter. Overpriced rubbish!
