The user friendly interface helps me navigate all my accounts easily when I have clients using different social media sites! It looks complicated at first but once you figure it out its fine for your use case!! There really isn't anything about this service/product we dislike other than how pricey they can get sometimes which gets reflected into their customer support tickets (which aren’t cheap!). We are solving our client retention issues by helping them build loyalty with customers who like interacting through various forms such Instagram stories or Facebook Live videos etc.. The team at I3S has been very helpful with their experience working within our organization for over 10 years! They are always available if we have questions or concerns. We haven't had any major issues but when we do they respond quickly! Their expertise is also great. It's easy to contact them and they will help you get things done. This was good because it took some pressure off us. We were able to focus more on what we needed to be doing instead of trying to figure out how to use new software.
