Industial quality light, it puts out bright light, all night long and the remote works great too.

I needed a strong, flood type light for my drive way, where my girl and I play basketball, all the time, day and night. I found this light, where I have seen street lights light up huge areas, where I found this one with good specs, and just an overall nice size. Installation was very easy, I just screwed it into a 2 x 12 board attached to a 4x4 piece of lumber that holds up my patio roof. The light slid on perfectly and tighted up easily with to really nice sized bolts. Plenty of wire for the solar panel, and this is a really nice sized solar panel, and does it ever have enough juice to charge the light. This light stays on all night, to the morning, and it has never failed yet. The remote control will control the light from any direction underneath the light. No cons, the light works great, where I am very happy with the purchcase.

First thing firs: The light is NOT 500W! it is 60W or 75W equivalent at best. For such a large light, the light output is very disappointing. The build is good: nice aluminum casing. It''s sturdy and looks nice. Simply disappointed at the light output. Returned.
