They were cheap, costing about $1.42 each. It's actually more than what you'd pay for in stores or department stores - and give them back? You must pack it and send it back physically. I needed 12 bottles, clear ones that I could label and use. I wanted to use them to spray starch, water when my cat is misbehaving, and a few other projects that called for ALL SPRAY. Most sprayers I've used produce both a stream and a mist-like spray with ease. I added starch to the first bottle, and when I sprayed the item that needed it. No matter how I turned the nozzle, I got a jet. I've tried leaving the bottle barely open, opening it so hard the tip almost came off, flushing the inside of the tip, and letting the starch spill out in the connecting tube. My theory was that the starch is a little sticky, except that the previous atomizer (from the general store) never had a problem with it. Looking at the tip I saw that the inlet was small and didn't seem to have the ability to produce the aerosol. The next thing I got was still a creek. If BS hadn't returned them I would. I don't think buying a very cheap product with a bad description guarantees that I'll have to find a box, pack it up and send it back. I think I'll keep them to use for misting my cat and others I can use for cleaning products, but what are my reasons for buying them? I can't use them for these projects. Other reviewers have had mixed results, so I plan to check out all 12 and see which ones spray, if at all, and which ones don't. My recommendation; Don't buy them if you need a spray. Yes, bottles that claim to be "mist blowers" or "mist blowers" are more expensive, but you can SEE how they are engineered to PRODUCE FOG. If you just want flow - and don't mind fighting a bottle to get that too - it will work. I should also mention; They seem to be the best for THIN LIQUIDS. Water? Relax. spray starch? It's actually very thin too, and while it's not sticky, I'm sure some people would like to blame it (remember: in another atomizer before I lost the spout, strength was NOT an issue). I wouldn't recommend them for things like room spray or anything like that until you've tested them all. If you value your time, just choose another product. For $1.42, these things work as expected. If you go to a dollar/pound/hundred yen store (that's right, it's a global phenomenon!), the atomizer you buy there will outperform them. I prefer to specifically order aerosol sprays, having tested these things, but I'm assuming most don't work - they also seem to be hastily assembled and there's glue on the handles and such. They give cheap results and are cheaply made, and you usually get what you pay for. Pay for the best product!
