second plant. Poorly organized delivery.

I bought two of these. One was great. The other was welded so that the bolt nipple was not welded perpendicular to the ground. I don't think it should have passed quality control. Also, two mounts were shipped separately in a box with stationery. The office supplies were quite battered upon arrival. I didn't have time for a return but decided to throw this complaint away when I received an email asking for feedback.
