Not for observing planets, stars, satellites or the moon overhead.

If you like bird watching or spying on your neighbors this should work fine. Want to see the stars, the moon, or anything over 45 degrees? Forget it! Thanks to a cheap Chinese brand that gave hope to my child. The only reason I bought this POS was to see the super blood moon so it was a waste of time. The desktop tripod is useless. Poor quality mirrors riddled with factory junk. The paintwork/decals are warped and not properly applied. I'll wrap it up tonight and send it back next week.
