I bought this because the audio from my bluetooth headphones cut out no matter what I did. This dongle fixed that setup, my headphones work perfectly and I can even walk around my room without ever losing signal! BUT oh my god that was the hardest thing trying to install. I'm very good with computers, but I struggled even with them. If you don't have a CD drive or adapter like I do, you'll need to install it from Dropbox first. I kept getting an error saying unauthorized bluetooth adapters were installed and it wouldn't install at all! So if you're getting this error let me give you the steps it took me an hour to figure out how to do it hoping to help you install! 1) First you need to go into your computer's device manager and then find your Bluetooth, whatever you have there, turn it off, DON'T DELETE IT, it didn't even work for me for some reason. Just disable it, then you may have to restart your computer. 2) Then install the BT driver in the bt driver folder first. 3) Then in Windows Driver scroll down until you see Install and install from there. MAKE SURE THE DONGL IS NOT CONNECTED BEFORE THIS PART. After these steps it should work any other installation. It will also tell you when to plug in the key, so don't worry about that. give an update in about a month. Good luck, hope this helps you.
