The best part is that this software was easy to set up for our event team (it basically did everything we needed). It took some time getting used it at first but once everyone got use of how they could edit information there were no complaints from anyone! I wish their customer service department would step things UP!! They do have phone support which helps sometimes as well so don't discount just because its not live chat or an email option like most companies offer these days :) But other than those two options i've never found something wrong with them yet ;) This has helped us keep track fo all registrations very easily since each person who signs into my account gets added under themselves instead if multiple people signing someone else's info out etc.
