Really wanted to like this product and wanted an affordable alternative to very expensive brands. However, while the knitting of the legs was adequate for the compression (20-30) and sizing, the briefs were poorly constructed and stretched from the first wear, even when compression stocking gloves were used. The seams in the underpants are so tight that once you have pulled your leg up, you cannot comfortably put the underpants on again. The seams on underpants impede circulation because they are too tight to fit properly. The order needs to be changed. This may work for people with very skinny hips, but for people with a medium or tall figure, forget it, don't waste your time and money. drain it
