I bought 4 (yes, 4) pairs of rain pants from a competitor and the pants were either ripping up and down or the waterproof material was starting to shrink solve. After 1.25 years of wearing Columbia Wear Boys Cyprus waterproof rain pants, they have NOT ripped or peeled off! 5 stars deserved! UPDATE: January 2018 and I'm still wearing my first pair! Protects you from wind, rain and snow. They are warm all winter. The other day it was cold here from -10 to -20 and I put them on over jeans with no problem. Lots of storage pockets (2 side pockets and 1 leg pocket with Velcro). Still a great product! Update 12/08/2019: It rained all morning on the way to work and my jeans underneath were dry when I took off the rain pants. What a great purchase!
