The first item had a problem that I was able to find myself. It is possible that a spring clip holding the brush firmly to the motor armature became loose during shipping. I contacted the company to ask permission to fix it myself as long as it doesn't void the warranty. I expected to mix up the packaging box and wait an extra time; maybe you'll post a photo or something. Instead, they sent me a brand new one with no delays, arguments, or additional questions. They didn't even want to return the old one. Absolutely the easiest product exchange/return I've ever experienced, especially considering it wasn't just a $10 product. The new one worked perfectly. I repaired the original and gave it to my mother. Both work fine. I would do business with this company again anytime.
