First, it is very difficult to get hold of. I watched a youtube video on disassembly and assembly. Take photos of each step to ensure proper wiring. The tabs that attach the cables to the frame will not match the new ESC. The old grommets are oval, while the holes in the new regulator are round. I removed the oval tabs from the wiring harness, used the base of the zip tie and attached the electrical wire directly to the regulator without interfering with the up/down window guides. I pray I never have to fix it again, I think next time I'll sell the car. I also swapped the drive motor while disassembling it. This is a direct replacement for my car. The woman is happy, everything is fixed.
