The user interface is very user friendly. I did not have much experience with EonDirect, but their support team was very helpful and got me up and running very quickly. I was able to get up and running very quickly and with very little training. I am still learning, but I have not found anything that I dislike yet. I am hoping that I will be able to use other features of the software, but I have not gotten that far yet. I am solving the problem of how to find and identify people in our organization who are not being paid correctly. It is a very simple process and has saved us a lot of time.
