I've noticed reviews of this vacuum sealer mix with chopping boards and low temp cookers. I don't know why, but I'm not mistaken, we're talking about a vacuum sealer. Hopefully this will be fixed in the future (12/7/21). I was attracted by the price and the overall rating (from 3 to 5 stars). The instructions could have been clearer but the machine is pretty intuitive to use so I finally figured out what I needed. So far, so good. The suction power could have been a bit higher to more thoroughly reduce possible air pockets in the bag. Used to process game meat. Experiment with placing meat in the bag to improve vacuum (suction) results. We will provide updates as needed.
