This is a very nice office chair with a mesh frame, a smooth swivel joint and quiet castors. A few adjustments to make this chair comfortable for you. The mesh seat is breathable so it doesn't get hot or sweaty. The back is breathable and ergonomically designed to provide excellent back support. I have a lower back issue that most chairs cause a lot of discomfort, but this chair supports me in all the right places. It has an adjustable headrest and seat height. The armrests can be raised or lowered according to your needs, and you can adjust the angle of the armrest yourself. During assembly, pay particular attention to the direction of the armrests and carefully study the photos from the assembly instructions. I accidentally mixed them up and had to uninstall and reinstall. A quick glance to make sure they are facing the right direction would have saved me a few minutes of time and hassle. Even with my mistake, it took less than 30 minutes to set up. The kit included all the necessary tools and parts.
