short lived, seemed fine while it lasted, should be 0 stars given that lifespan (see below)

Updated on company response, customer service well done, sent a picture of the PSU info (serial number etc) with the order number and they immediately sent the replacement I requested to rule out the problem and it worked, the monitor works the same as before new stone was fitted, sometimes shit happens, i agree it's important the company rep was great and friendly and fixed the problem quickly in response
