After a few months of use, the monitor just stopped displaying an image. If you move the HDMI connector, the image will come back for a short time and then go out again. We never turn off this port, so this problem popped up by itself. It will be interesting to find out how to make a warranty claim. Update: I spoke to a very helpful customer service rep who was very understanding and helped us with a warranty claim. As a result, I'm increasing my rating!

This monitor says it's 165 and it is, but it doesn't look like it and the picture quality is terrible. There were delivery problems. The screen was broken in 3 different places when the first one arrived. The second arrived, the screen is in good condition, but the second has a few imperfections on the back and sides of the monitor. Really think it's just a matter of handling at the time of delivery. Otherwise it's a decent monitor. Has a great picture. The built-in speakers could definitely be better. To be honest I think you could find a better monitor for this price.

It's quite frustrating that every time the system goes into "sleep mode" I have to choose between wasting power or turning the monitor back on manually. I contacted tech support and they walked me through the settings to get it working properly, but unfortunately the monitor doesn't retain those settings after an OS update and I have to repeat the same dance over and over again. I've seen people with curved monitors and thought I'd love it. I've had it for a week and I'm not a fan. Also, it's not as good as my 3 year old 24" monitor, even with HD and a higher refresh rate. Tested with FurMark with a difference of about 80 points. Most likely, replace the monitor with a smaller, non-curved one.

Updated on company response, customer service well done, sent a picture of the PSU info (serial number etc) with the order number and they immediately sent the replacement I requested to rule out the problem and it worked, the monitor works the same as before new stone was fitted, sometimes shit happens, i agree it's important the company rep was great and friendly and fixed the problem quickly in response

Good monitor, for now. I was very happy with this purchase until I started getting a large line of pink discoloration right down the center of the screen as shown in the photos. I've tried changing HDMI cables and uninstalling drivers, but none of that seems to work. I also tried using the monitor on other devices like my Nintendo Switch and PS5 and still had the issue. I work from home and occasionally play games so I don't need anything heavy. This monitor has excellent picture quality and looks great when loaded. The only downside is that the built-in speakers aren't great, but for the price and how well they otherwise perform, that's okay.

I bought this monitor for a place where the rear is viewed frequently. The photos in the description show a decent black back. When it arrived I was devastated to see a huge ugly gray logo covering most of the back. FALSE ADVERTISING! I deeply regret the purchase.

Constant black screen! It started doing this an hour after it was plugged in. It just goes black for 30 seconds and then turns back on. I use it to play games with my series unhappy with this problem. I can't figure out how to contact the seller to fix this issue.

Not the end of the world, but don't buy this if you want as little bezel as possible. While the plastic bezel is fairly small, there's about half an inch of black screen (which isn't backlit by the rest of the screen), particularly on the sides where you want the least "dark space" between multiple monitors.

I received my Yeyian Sigurd 3001 pretty quickly and it was nice but it's quite broken. My computer recognizes the monitor when I plug it in, but the screen stays black. I am very disappointed in the lack of quality control on this product considering I bought it new. I will no longer buy from Todobest.
