[Review of the non-Bluetooth version] This replaced the old amplifier in the system, which was humming and a bit annoying. This new device doesn't buzz or buzz at all until you turn it on to the Neighbors Call The Police level. So I think it's reasonable. The second one I bought replaced the Kenwood app. The old one got HOT if it listened to loud music for a while and always bothered me. My guess is that this Fosi amp doesn't get very hot because it's class D. The sound quality is better than the amp it replaced, probably because of the 4 knobs to adjust the treble, bass and crossover frequency. And certainly less hum at medium and high volumes than the old one. Maybe someday I'll buy a third one. I hope they never change the internals!
