Better than ceramic bowl

I got the 2nd smallest bowl I think (sorry, I don't remember the exact size) as an extra water bowl for my 3 cats.Most of the time they prefer using the bathroom faucet that we leave on a slow drip for them.
[After finding there was no change in our water bill if it was on or off.] However, now I have noticed all 3 of them drinking from the metal bowl! It keeps the water cooler & apparently fresher than ceramic bowls [it doesn't get that rancid, orange slime the ceramic bowls tend to when not cleaned daily.]
