The laptop is not as thick as I thought it would be, it is big and thick which makes it portable and easy to lift. Not too hard. The keyboard is great, I like the quick response when I press a key, the keys are not too loud when pressed. You can switch GPUs depending on whether you want more gaming experience or not, or to save battery. The fans start to whirr when you start playing games like APEX on fairly high settings, but that's to be expected, they're not loud enough to make it too obvious which headphones you're wearing. It will easily play games like War Thunder with high graphics. When you're not gaming, the laptop is pretty quiet if you set it to Silent or Windows Mode. It took me a while to figure out how to use the function keys. It would probably be better if I got a GTX 1660 model instead of an RTX model just because a more powerful GPU generates more heat and uses more power. I'm not a GPU expert. The charging port is near the front of the laptop, but that's not a problem for me. This model doesn't have LEDs on the back of the screen, no big deal. I tried to install Steam right after setting up the system and something was wrong but I couldn't. I received a steamduii error, I didn't try to fix the error, didn't want to damage any software in the process. So my dream of playing TF2 is gone. I don't know what the problem is, all I know is that I couldn't install Steam on the new laptop. The notebook is worth the money.
