I like that it integrates with our CRM, which makes onboarding new prospects easy! It's also very intuitive once you've used other platforms from their suite (Fulfillment Pro).
The customer support team has been fantastic so far as well - they're always quick at responding when we have questions or issues during implementation/use in production environments etc.- no major dislikes here for this product yet either- nice platform overall though :) We use FCPX internally across teams within my organization where there are various different client types such as B2B clients vs consumer products & services businesses who all require slightly differing levels / kindsof integrations into Salesforce orgs + Customer Success Hub+.
