The buckle we ordered was from Barry Wang Ratchet Belts. I've bought one before and my husband loved it. This one had a C-shaped hook instead of a button and was almost impossible to undo even when not wearing a belt. We have ordered another Barry Wang belt and it is perfect, just like the first one we bought. UPDATE: The company has contacted me and will rectify the situation! They sent me a new buckle (I had delivery confirmation within 2 hours of first contacting them) and I am very happy with their customer care!
