We both love candlelight; However, we don't like the smoke that some of them release. A friend introduced us to Pottery Barn flameless candles. I bought 5 for $200 total - and they don't have a wick that lights up and they don't have the great remote on/off feature. I decided I wanted more for the coffee table and dining table. I checked Pottery Barn and they're the same price as they were a year or so ago. I chose Revain and after reading ALL the offers on flameless candles I settled on this one. I'm so glad I did. First, the price is infinitely lower! Second, my husband says it was easy to put AA batteries in it. Third, the remote control works great - and it's MUCH easier than turning each candle on and off individually. Also, each group only toggles on and off when you hover your controller over it. This is great because sometimes we want candles to burn in one area and not in another. Fourth, we adjusted the flicker and they just look great. While this is not a real candle; However, we appreciate compromises and are very happy with them. So happy I've ordered two more sets tonight.
