Review on PlayWheels PAW Patrol 3 Wheel Scooter by Brandon Reynolds

I ordered my neighbor for my daughter's birthday... she was so happy when she opened it and wanted to pick it up right away. Parts are missing so you can imagine how upset a 4 year old was when her very first scooter had to be put back in the crate so I could order another. To make matters worse a second one arrived and I figured I'd assemble it before giving it to her - guess what - that box was missing parts too.
