ECHO is easy to implement into our CRM system as well has reporting tools that allows us view data at any time of day or week it was collected! The customer service team can customize reports within minutes with no coding knowledge needed!! Easy access from anywhere I log-in via my computer browser (no software installation required), mobile devices etc., which are all great features but not included by default like some products do i think? There isn't much you cannot accomplish using this product; however if your looking solely towards outreaching new clients then we have found better solutions outside echo gravity such as LinkedIn Advertising campaigns where they actually target specific geos/demographics instead off broad targeting options available here.
