Wow! It's a thousand times more comfortable than the type of compression I had for my knee! I just got it today so I'll have to try it out a bit to really see how good the support is. What's cool is that it comes with something like an elasticated sleeve to wear under the braces, which is the fun part! My hips aren't exactly skinny, so I slipped the top over the brace to keep it from slipping and rolling. I have had different types of knee braces and this one is different! So far so good, I'll keep you posted! OK, time for an update. I hate velcro! It's getting harder and harder to keep going. I really needed a brace as my knee just loves to go out and down. A sleeve "? that has long since fallen apart. I really liked the durability of this item. But I hate velcro!
