Review on Renewed Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with 128GB in Midnight Black for AT&T Network by Aayushi Srivastva ᠌

The product sucks and the quality is horrible.

After being "wrapped" in its original case and film, the phone was used for 2 weeks until the right corner of the screen started to make strange noises, such as clicking when tapped, as if the display module was starting to come loose (by the way, I recommend checking before buying or for those who already bought: just press lightly on the screen over the entire area). When I visited the official Samsung Plaza ASC, a miracle occurred: the master said everything was in working order, but don't click on the phone's display! The ASC describes this as "not a bug, but a feature," despite the fact that the phone is obviously broken. I have a question for the Samsung men: can you buy your phones so that you never use them? I bought it, displayed it, and then looked at it. It would be better if I used an Apple or a Huawei Mate 20 Pro because they are both the same price and have far better products and customer care.

Pros
  • Design, palette of colors, stylus
Cons
  • graphics performance, abhorrent construction, and abhorrent official service
