Overall a great experience, really helpful customer service.
The customer service was outstanding! They were able to answer all of my questions quickly and efficiently via email or phone calls throughout our project implementation process.
I did not have any issues during this time but if there had been one it would be that they are very good about keeping you informed and up-to date as things progress. We used them because we wanted something more than an online registration system - we needed to provide information regarding upcoming events (website/blog posts) which could only happen through their platform.
Pros
- Their website is easy for anyone, no matter what experience level with computers & technology has access too understand how everything works without needing in depth training at first hand from someone who knows exactly where every option goes within each screen..they truly do make life easier when interacting across platforms.and especially beneficial since most people don't really use excel anymore!! It's like Excel meets google docs!!!
