Review on Stay Hydrated with Joseph Joseph 💧 Dot Hydration-Tracking Water Bottle, 1 EA, Gray by Jonathan Suarez

On September 21st I ordered a bottle of Joseph Joseph Dot Active Hydration Tracking. About 5 weeks into daily use, the rubber ring inside the cap came loose from the mouth of the water bottle. I unscrew the lid because the straw makes a loud noise when I use it. I put the rubber ring back in but it kept coming out. The problem is that the rubber ring keeps the water in the bottle. It runs without. It spattered all over my pocket. I contacted the seller who said to contact Joseph Joseph as this is a warranty issue. Well, it's clear that Joseph Joseph has me jumping through hoops to replace this thing. Your number is not working and at the moment I have sent videos, photos, emails. That's more than I've ever worked on a reflective element. Obviously they don't believe me. Or they do and just hold on until I give up. They even want me to capture the exact moment the ring falls, which happens randomly and within seconds throughout the day.
