Hydraulic height adjustment does not work. Incorrect distance between knee pad and buttocks/thighs.
chair construction (quality) actually seems reasonable for the price. But the hydraulic height adjustment didn't work. And most egregious of all, the product description made no mention of fit (or non-fit!) - the height adjuster doesn't set the correct hip-to-knee distance. My femur (hamstring/hamstring) needed to be 4 inches longer to reach the kneecap and have my lower back in the proper supportive position. I'm 5'7", but it looks like another 6" 1" reviewer had the same issue. So check with the manufacturer first to see if it's right for you! Seems doable to be when properly constructed. The assembly instructions are quite poor and underprinted, and there are no instructions on how to properly adjust.
