They barely fit in your typical 4x4 rack. I had to use a hammer to tap on some of the wood corners to get some of them installed. The tree will shrink/expand, so that's okay. This is a decent looking black finish that does a great job of protecting the wood. You need to apply some glue, otherwise the wind will keep sending multiple pieces.
