Nothing for big wrists.

Not for big wrists. pain to keep going. Not worth the trouble. Also, the strap has an end that goes to the opposite side of the wrist, allowing the Velcro to come loose. Not thoughtful design. Return the item immediately. Will go with a smarter design and pay a little more for it.
