I ordered a pair because of the design and the price. I assumed the padding would adequately protect the ulnar nerve. I have two degenerative discs in my neck that are pinching the C6 nerve. Severe hand numbness is easy and common, especially when travelling. I've done my best to route the bars (gel pads and cushion cover), but this design offers less than the WalMart Bellweather gloves I've worn before. These are very comfortable gloves that I would recommend to anyone not suffering. from the carpal tunnel or pinched ulnar nerve. If I didn't need more padding I would give this 5 stars.
